Sales Price

The selling price of each product is displayed on its respective product page.

Prices for customers in Japan are inclusive of consumption tax.

Additional Fees

In addition to the product price, the following fees may apply:

    • Customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, and other charges associated with international shipping

Payment Timing

For credit card and other applicable payments, authorization is obtained when the order is placed, and payment is captured upon shipment of the order.

For convenience store payments and other payment methods requiring payment after placing an order, payment must be completed within 7 days of the order date. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Product Delivery Time

    • Domestic Shipping
      Orders are generally dispatched within 4 business days after order confirmation.
    • International Shipping
      Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days after order confirmation.
