For credit card payments, please enter your card details at checkout.

For credit card and other applicable payments, an authorization is placed when you place your order, and the payment is captured once your order has been shipped.

If an additional payment is required due to changes to your order or other adjustments, please complete the payment within 7 days of receiving our payment instructions. If payment is not received within this period, your order may be canceled.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 4 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) or other carriers designated by APFR.

Free shipping is available on orders of ¥10,000 or more.
*Excludes Okinawa and remote islands.

You may select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your preferences depending on the delivery location and shipping conditions.

International Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Please note that certain products and destinations are not eligible for international shipping.

Changes to Delivery Address, Date, and Time

You may request changes to your delivery address, preferred delivery date, or time slot before your order has been shipped. However, changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order preparation or payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and contact the shipping carrier directly.

Changes or Additions to Your Order

If you wish to change or add items to your order before it has been shipped, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us through our Contact Form.

Please note that depending on the status of shipment preparation, we may not be able to accept cancellation requests. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipping arrangements have begun.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us through our contact form. However, cancellation may not be possible depending on the status of your order preparation or payment method.

Cancellations by APFR

If we determine that an order is intended for resale or has been placed by a purchasing agent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, even after it has been confirmed.

We may also cancel orders containing products that are not eligible for international shipping when the delivery address is outside Japan.

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Returns or exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Items selected for gift wrapping will be presented in an APFR original fabric gift pouch.

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

When placing an order, please enter your name and shipping address in English (using Roman characters). Please note that certain products are not eligible for international shipping.

Please note that we do not provide individual customers with documentation required for international shipping, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for our products.
